Quotes and bookings

Website content and quote requests are invitations to discuss transport requirements and do not by themselves guarantee vehicle availability or create a confirmed booking. A booking should be treated as confirmed only when the operator has issued confirmation and any required payment or acceptance conditions have been completed.

Vehicle allocation

Capacity pages are planning guides. Exact make, model, age, colour, seating arrangement, luggage capacity and amenities may vary. Essential requirements must be agreed before confirmation. Where a very large group is involved, transport may be supplied using more than one vehicle.

Journey information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate dates, times, passenger numbers, pickup points, destinations, luggage details and special requirements. Changes can affect availability and price. Drivers must follow legal driving-hour, stopping, parking and access restrictions.

Cancellation, delay and supplier terms

Any final cancellation, amendment, waiting-time, refund or liability conditions should be those stated in the operator’s booking confirmation or customer contract. No ranking or availability guarantee

The website does not guarantee search-engine rankings, specific vehicles, journey times, parking permission or attraction access. Traffic, weather, road closures, border conditions and venue rules can change.
